What can you experience at GeoCenter Møns Klint?

At GeoCenter Møns Klint, the whole family can travel 70 million years back to the Cretaceous period, when gigantic sea monsters ruled the oceans and enormous dinosaurs roamed the land. Step into the world of geology and discover how the forces of the Ice Age shaped the dramatic landscape we see today. Explore fossils from a bygone era and learn how Møns Klint still holds traces of ancient ecosystems.

GeoCenter Møns Klint is located in one of Denmark’s most spectacular natural areas, where the cliffs and surrounding forest reveal both the secrets of the past and the unique biodiversity of today. Go fossil hunting on the shore, challenge yourself on the mountain bike trails, or soar through the air on the zipline – unforgettable experiences await the whole family.

A special view awaits at The Forest Tower at Camp Adventure

It's a magical sight to look 360 degrees over all of Southern Zealand with the green treetops of the forest several meters below. That's exactly what you can do in the 45 meters tall, spiral-shaped masterpiece known as The Forest Tower, which has quickly become world-famous and one of Denmark's most recognizable landmarks. The experience begins as soon as you step onto the 3.2 kilometers long boardwalk - an elevated walkway that meanders through the forest and past small streams all the way out to the tower.

Once the butterflies in your stomach have settled, there are plenty of other things to do at Camp Adventure. Go all out in Denmark's largest climbing park, let the kids play freely on the large nature playground, pick fresh flowers from Northern Europe's largest pick-your-own flower field, or find unique souvenirs in the farm shop's exciting treasures. If hunger strikes, the food stalls are a sure hit for the whole family with delicious pasta dishes, juicy burgers, and crispy sandwiches.
