Klekkendehøj
Klekkendehøj is located south of the village of Røddinge. The mound is "Mon's only double giant burial ground. Excavated in the 18th century as one of the first archaeological excavations in Denmark.
Unlike other double-giant rooms, the chamber here consists of only one chamber divided in the middle. To each of the rooms a 7 m long, low and narrow walk leads.
The mound has undergone a major restoration in the spring / summer of 2001, so it has now returned to its original design.
